Day 1: Arrival at Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you will depart from Arusha for a scenic drive to Serengeti National Park, spanning approximately three hours. Along the way, you can enjoy the vast open plains and expansive skies that define this iconic African landscape. Upon arrival, the adventure begins with an evening game drive, giving you the opportunity to spot some of the Serengeti’s abundant wildlife. Elephants, lions, cheetahs, buffaloes, zebras, and wildebeests are among the many species you may encounter as the sun sets over the plains, offering perfect photo opportunities. Day 2: Central Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
Start the day early with breakfast and head out for a morning game drive in the central Serengeti, accompanied by packed lunches for convenience. Today offers excellent chances to witness the diversity of Serengeti wildlife, including lions, leopards, wildebeests, zebras, impalas, elephants, and crocodiles in their natural habitat. In the afternoon, enjoy a scenic drive towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, which takes roughly three hours and includes additional game viewing along the way. Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater Adventure
Rise early for breakfast before heading down into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the best places in Africa to spot wildlife in a concentrated area. Your main goal will be to spot the elusive black rhino, though other animals, such as lions, elephants, zebras, buffaloes, and wildebeests, are commonly seen across the crater floor. After enjoying a midday lunch in this remarkable setting, continue with an afternoon game drive, soaking in the dramatic scenery and abundant wildlife. By late afternoon, begin the return journey to Arusha, where the tour concludes with a drop-off at Arusha Airport or Kilimanjaro Airport for your onward flight.
